The World Association of Master Chefs - Culinary Foundations certification exam prepares candidates to start their journey in a professional kitchen as a cook. In addition to validating understanding of sanitation and food safety principles, individuals who earn this certification have the knowledge and skills that employers are looking for, such as set up procedures, food safety and sanitation, executing recipes, and time management in the kitchen.
We are looking for subject matter experts who can aide us in customizing and translating our exam into Portuguese (Brazil), Spanish (Mexico), Chinese, and Arabic (Saudi Arabia) in order to make it relevant and applicable to different parts of the world.
